Typical of my classes:
- I combine the exercises of classical pilates with the elements of modern pilates.
- Using the principle of centralization, the power house (core muscles) is an important part of my class throughout, as well as spine protection and neutral posture.
- Medium intensity, varied exercises, precise execution and pleasant atmosphere.
In 2012, I made a close friendship with Pilates in my first private reformer class. At that time in Hungary not many people knew about reformer Pilates there were no group classes yet. After many years of fitness and yoga my joints became very achy and I was disappointed that I could not continue with my regular exercise routines. Then I found Pilates which allowed me to continue to work out in a physical environment and to help me mentally. Pilates has become a life changer for me personally and professionally. Really liked the precise execution of the exercises, the graceful movements, that perfection lies in the details. I slowly became addicted to it. That's when I decided what I wanted to do. I finally found what I find joy in and with which I can help my peers. Also, as a preventive measure, to teach my guests body awareness, regardless of age or gender. To live a pain-free quality life, thinking about their future in time. Scoliosis, herniated disc, poor posture are common diseases of our time. Joint problems appear as early as 20-30 years of age. That’s why I consider prevention and well-structured classes very important.
